Overall, the sales and mortgage people were very helpful and friendly but communication from the builder over our concerns has been a challenge. My daughter and her family live in Geneva and my son with his family lives in Algonquin so it's the perfect central location. Everything I could need is available along Randall Road and it's pretty close to I-90 too. The clubhouse is very nice and there are lots of events and activities to participate in. I enjoy keeping busy and spending time with my friends here. I also considered Sun City out in Huntley and while it is also very nice, I just preferred this location more than driving the extra 10 minutes out to Huntley.
